Description
Wine made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes. After a sophisticated and complex de-alcoholization process, carbon dioxide is added to provide a persistent bubble, obtaining a very fruity, fresh low-alcohol drink that produces a pleasant mouth sensation.
Region
The Castilla-La Mancha area, located on the central plateau of the Iberian Peninsula, is the largest vineyard in the world. Varietal wines, sangrias and musts are produced in this great wine-growing area. Airén and Tempranillo are the most characteristic grapes of this area. Other non-native grape varieties such as cabernet sauvignon, syrah, merlot, viura, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, etc. They have excellent results due to the climatic and terrain conditions of this region.
