Description

Wine made with Verdejo ecological grapes selected from our vineyards. The grapes are grown according to the standards and regulations of organic farming, such as the use of natural organic fertilizers in the vineyards free of fertilizers and pesticides. The grapes are collected manually and with the same ecological criteria in the winery, all natural processes and treatments are carried out until this organic wine is obtained.

Region

Wine from the Land of Castilla (IGP). Like the Vins de Pays de France, Vino de la Tierra de Castilla is a Spanish geographical indication for wines produced in Castilla La Mancha, which is characterized by limestone and clayey soils, where the vineyards grow at an average altitude of 700 m and rainfall they are scarce.

Tasting Notes

Pale lemon in color with aromas of ripe peach and tropical fruits. It is a fresh and well balanced white wine.

Ideal with light cuisine such as fish and shellfish, pasta salads and oriental cuisine such as sushi.
